The bottom freezer in my refrigerator is not getting cold enough (10-20 degrees). It seems the condenser is running continuously. The frame around the freezer door is quite hot. I opened the back cover and see the condenser fan is running very slow.
Before I order new parts, can someone tell me whether I need to replace both the fan motor and the board? Or the fact the fan is running indicates the problem is only with the board... Thanks!
