No cool air in the freezer side and refrigrator side
Model Number: ed25rfxfw01 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years
My whirlpool side by side refrigrator get warm both side freezer and refrigrator without cool air. It happened before a year and half ago, then I replaced the thremostat control and it worked fine after that. Now, it happen again. I wonder if the thremostat burned out again due to poor air circulation (we put too much food in the refrigrator) or something else. Please, give me some professional advices here so I can try to make it work again. I really need your help...................
