Ice will not freeze
Model Number: PSS25MGNAWW Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years
My ice maker fill with water and then will not freeze. If I turn it off, The water will freeze. Then when I turn it back on it will cycle once and fill with water and then the water will not freeze. The green light on the ice maker is NOT blinking. I think the heater on the ice maker is stuck ON. Is the controller for this on the main board or in the ice maker? Or might there be another problem? I don't want to buy an ice maker only to find out the problem is on the main board.
