Hi All,

Suddenly, water stopped flowing from the dispenser. The light still turns on when pressing the switch. I replaced the filter about 4 months ago. The flow was smooth and strong. I checked the cool water reservoir behind the drawers, it seems ok, no signs of splitting/freezing I could find, no water on the floor of the unit. If it was frozen without splitting, not sure how to test that.

Tried removing the filter but don't have a bypass plug. Activating the switch with the filter out does nothing (no water comes out through filter opening.)

Haven't moved the frig so no reason to believe water line problems in back.

Is there a pump for this unit or is it just water pressure? If pressure, what activates the valve to release the water (is it mechanical or solenoid?)
