Refrigerator & Freezer Repair

I Have HotPoint Side By Side Refrigirator And Freezer The Probblem That I'm Haveing Is That The Water And Icecube Despencer Is Not Working. When I Try To Despence Ether The Water Or Ice Cubes You Can Watch The Lights Dimm Down And You Can Hear The Motor In the Back Stop Runnig. I Have Checked The Sensor On The Door For The Water And The Icecubes And It Is Fine Plus I Checked The Water line And That Is Good And I Replaced The Filter For The Water. So My Question Is Do You Have Any Other Suggestions Or Solutions.

Was it the control board? I'm having the exact same problem with my HSS25GFPJWW (~2-1/2 years old) and don't want to call a repairman unless I have an idea of what is wrong. Thanks.
