After cleaning coils and drip tray.Noticed that water fro ice dispensor and ice melting. Freezer not freezing and food softening in freeze. The Overload/Relay Switch attached to the compressor will click, the compressor tries to start for3 to 7 seconds (no humming noise from the compresor), another click from the (Overload/Relay Switch), compressor still not humming. This process cycles about every minute 20 to35 seconds. Question: will replacing the Overload/Relay Switch fix my problem? The Overload/Relay Switch has three female that plugs into the three male compressor attached pins. Was is the Part No.for the right Overload/Relay Switch for my fridge? Do I need to replace the capacitor also that is wired to the Overload/Relay Switch?

Your run capacitor has nothing to do with starting the compressor. You have a damaged compressor, either mechanically locked up, or a bad start winding. This assumes you installed the parts correctly. An amprobe would confirm a bad compressor.
