Evaporator has started icing up, i have had it apart twice to defrost and have tried to diagnose. Fan is running fine so it must be in the heating , sensing or control parts??

I am not confident of my readings:

Evap Heator 3.3 on the 200k ohm scale
Sensor Assmbly 7.8 on the 200k ohm scale
Fan motor 1767 ohm
Thermo Fuse .3 ohm? - this is to the red and black wires
Upper vent heat coil 146 ohm

I don't have a repair diagram, am using one that looks similar that i found

Do these readings make sense - and can anyone tell what is bad?
When reading the 200k scale - am i reading fractions or multiples of ohms?
Thanks
