Water is flowing/trickling into freezer even with icemaker off. Outside water dispenser works properly. I'm assuming I need a new water valve. Diagram 795, 798, and 799 are all water valves for this unit. Which water valve do I need? The refrigerator has a water filter, so I'm thinking it's a 3-way type of valve. Any thoughts?

Is water coming into the freezer through the ice maker feeding tube or somewhere else?

Gene.

Hi Gene,

No, it's flowing down back wall of freezer. Water is coming into freezer even when icemaker is off. When icemaker is on, it will make ice and flow down back wall of freezer increases. Do you think it might be feeding tube problem, and not the water valve?

I would check the tube connections first.

Gene.
