Hello everyone, I am back yet again with an appliance question.I bought me a garage fridge a couple weeks ago.t is a Maytag performa fridge, top freezer. The problem is when it gets warm out 70+ outside it doesn't want to cool properly.I checked the coils to make sure they were clean and it seems the condenser is working also,no leaks around the door gaskets.Air is blowing out fine from freezer and I don't have to much stuff in it either.I have a thermometer in the freezer now where it blows out and after 20 minutes it is blowing out at 35 degrees, slowly falling it seems. Is this a freon problem, maybe a little low and needs a charge?I really hate to have someone come out and look at it if it is going to cost me a lot of money. What do you guys think? Thanks for your time!

Refrigerators are designed to TRANSFER heat from the food to the outside atmosphere. It can only transfer the heat into a cooler temperature environment than that of the heated gas in the condenser. A garage in summer approaches (and sometimes exceeds) the limit of heat difference needed for efficient (or effective) transfer. If it can't dissipate the heat picked up from the freezer interior, it can't maintain a cool enough interior. This will make it run harder to do the job, and affect an early death of the system.

Well after looking around it looks like my freezer isn't close to cold enough. My question is can it be recharged?and is this most likely the problem?Everything else seems to be fine.Your help will be appreciated.
