Unit is a side x side. Items in the top of freezor side are thawing and items in bottom of fridge side are freezing. What could it be?

Here are your parts
Model TFX20JRBEWW

Could be the evaporator fan in the freezer is not working.
Air must circulate for even temperatures in both compartments.

Could also be a defrost problem.
Remove the cover and check the evaporator coils in the freezer to see if they are heavily iced over
