This is a side by side. The refer side is not cooling properly. Temp in freezer will hold at ZERO and refer drops to 40 and will not cool any lower with Refer control wide open and freezer control down as low as it goes. Fan unit appears to be blowing lots of air. The baffle between freezer and refer is operating properly. Doors are sealed and no leaks. Compressor will run until refer reaches 40 degrees and then will shut off and it seems to restart okay and keeps refer at 40. I have checked the Starter Capacitor and it is okay. there is a temperature control device in the in the control housing in the top of the refer side that it's sensor sticks into the freezer and on the diagram it is labeled "Temperature control". Is this maybe the culprit to be replaced or is their something else I should be looking at??
