Do I need to replace control board?
Model Number: e23cs75d227 Brand: Electrolux Age: 5 - 10 years
I have three problems and I'm not sure if they're related.
1. The lock, express ice, and express freeze buttons stay lit all the time. 2. Ice maker doesn't always make ice. I just looked at it and it was plugged up with a frozen blob of ice coming out of it. 3. Won't make crushed ice. I had a repair guy tell me it was the computer board (control board?) and it would cost $500 to repair. I would like to do it myself but not sure what parts I need. I unscrewed the screws on the dispenser door panel to see if I could figure out what the problem is but I couldn't get the cover off. Please help. Thanks. Ads By Google Related Models
