Most likely the problem is a frozen drain. Remove the rear panel in the freezer and locate the drain hole under the evaporator. You can defrost it using a hair dryer and/or a turkey baster with hot water. Also remove the cover on the back of the refrigerator and check the other end of the drain tube for a clog.
