Refrig not cold

Model Number: HSS25GDMD WW Brand: Hotpoint Age: 1 - 5 years

Hotpoint Side by Side--freezer working fine but refrigerator is not very cold with the temperature control at 9. I can hear a clicking sound from time to time.
