I hope someone has an idea...please help! My thermostat is set to the warmest setting, however, food keeps freezing--the bottom and back of fridge seems to freeze the most. Also, no water is coming from the door dispenser nor is ice being made so I am presuming water line is frozen.
The fridge is a GE Profile Side by Side, Artica, model #PSS25MGMBWW. Thanks to all.

I'm sure it's a little late for you, but the damper assembly breaks in the Artica models. It's located on the back wall in the refrigerator compartment at the top, just to the left of the water filter. Lots of dissasembly is required to remove it. The individual parts are not made available to repair it, so you will have to replace the entire unit.
