Maytag Freezer problem

Model Number: mzd2665heq Brand: Maytag Age: More than 10 years

Hi, my freezer is not cooling enough (the ice is melting). The fan is working and there is no ice on the coils. Also the ice maker stopped working. The compreesor is warm and I can hear a new clicking sound near the bottom.
