Food freezes In The Fresh Food Compartment
Model Number: CTB1924ARA Brand: Magic Chef Age: Less than 1 year
Our freezer is set to 5 and works well though the fresh food compartment is set to 4 and freezes the food to the back of the fresh food compartment. Water often drains to the bottom of the fresh food compartment and pools there. What do we need to do? Thank you for your assistance.

You might be turning the freezer control the wrong way. Feel the air coming in the fridg section and turn the freezer control till you get less air in fridg, may solve the problem.
