The freezer is keeping the food frozen. Plenty of room up at top for air circulation. The refrigerator won't go below 60. I have checked the coils and they are OK. It runs constantly.

If the compressor is running all the time then I would say you have a freezer problem unless the compressor is the type that uses an inverter.

Check your freezer temperature, it should be between 0 and 5 degrees F.

Check that the evaporator fan in the freezer is running. It is required to push cold air into the fresh food side.
Check that the condenser/compressor fan is running.
Check that the condenser coils are clean.

I am assuming that when you say the coils are OK, you are talking about the evaporator coils in the freezer.
Did you check them for frost pattern or just that they were not heavily frosted/iced over.
If the frost pattern is blotchy or you just have frost in one area (usually where the freon enters the coils). Then you are probably low on freon.
