My top-mount Whirlpool suddenly began to malfunction. It is barely cooling in either freezer or refrigerator (the freezer will keep ice cream slushy, not completely melted) and the ice maker will not make ice. It seems to make no difference what the temperature setting is. No outlets seem blocked. I am not sure what is running, but there is warm air coming from the bottom of the refrigerator.

FWIW - Got it repaired. Problem was "bad starter." New one installed, now working well.
