I have a ge refrigerator that was not defrosting. I did the troubleshooting as this website suggested. I put a jumper wire accross the line side and the defroster side on the plug that was connected to the motherboard. The defrost heater came right on once i plugged the unit in. This site said to replace the mother board. I ordered on from this site. Well, the new board came in and although it was slightly different, all my plugs went in. It just looks like the board they sent had room to plug more things in. Well, it does defrost once in a while, but the coil is a block of ice again. Im not sure that the coil was completely ice free when I installed the part. Will that make a diffrance? My ge is model #gsh25jstcss, the part they sent was AP4436216
Any suggestions?????? PLEASE!!!!
