i have the defrost drain freeze up.is there something i can do to correct this?my ad is ccpccart@charter.net

Remove the rear panel in the freezer and defrost the drain using a hair dryer. Make sure the other end of the drain hose is clean. Run some very hot water through the drain using a turkey baster.

hi gene.ihave done this 2 times .one post suggested using a copper wire.i may try this next time it is apart.thank you for the help.i'm not to good with the computer but i try.

You can install the defrost heat probe kit to prevent such problem. It comes with the installation instructions.
