Hello all,

So i'm assist my co-worker with his Frigidaire ice maker since he heard me talking about my post about trying to repair my Roper fridge.

My question is, what may be cause the ice maker to produce crushed ice only and not cubes? If the button for cubes is pressed, you'll still get crushed ice?


If you could point me in the right direction of what to look for, troubleshoot or possibly replace so that I can submit the necessary order for the replacement part, I would appreciate it! Thanks.
