Model Number: GSS25SGRSS Brand: GE Age: 5 - 10 years
The refrigerator appears to be working fine with one annoying noise. The refrigerator makes a clicking noise and always makes 3-attempts. I am thinking the compressor is having a hard time starting and start after the 3rd noise. I have thought about adding a hard start kit from Supco. Model RCO810. Any suggestions?

I would never use the RCO810 or any universal start device. Instead, measure the input voltage to the compressor to verify it's still getting voltage when you hear the clicking.
If no meter, put your ear to the compressor side cover, if cutting off, you will hear the klixon click off.
