Samsung Fridge, Front panel buttons not working
 

I have a samsung fridge, rs2630sh, and the buttons on the front panel are not working. It started to chirp like a door was open today, and then the buttons stopped responding. The child lock is not on. I can't even change ice type. I've left the fridge unplugged for 2 hours, and it still doesnt work. The fridge and freezer both still feel cold. Help!!
