Refrigerator & Freezer Repair

Model Number: 10650599000 Brand: Kenmore Age: 5 - 10 years

when i was using the ice machice, the crushed ice stoped working, but the cubbed ice is still working. When I try to get crushed ice the machine makes the sound it would, but no ice comes out. We have tried taking out the ice from the storage sytem, but that didn't fix the problem. What could be the problem?
