I replaced my water filter, and the second or third time I used the water dispenser it made a very loud racket (sort of like a lawnmower) for 20 or so seconds, and then stopped dispensing water. Now when I try and engage the dispenser it will release about a teaspoon of water. If I remove the water filter, it will release about a teaspoon from the filter hookup. I have also tried turning off the power for a few minutes to see if it was something that a reset would fix. My guess is that there was an air bubble, but I can't figure out why it is permanently broken. There is no water that is leaking anywhere else, even if I try and dispense for a couple minutes.

Any ideas?

Perform the Blue Connector test as described in the attached file to see if the water comes up from the tube. Post the results.
