Refrigerator & Freezer Repair

I ordered & recieved a new icemaker # "WPL 1129316" all parts inclu'd. Everything looks fine & installs fine, but not the wire harness.

New harness has a short 6" branch with a 3 pin, 4 wire connector

after the wall grommet, also the longer branch that goes to the water pump 2 wire, 2 blade connector.Old harness does not have short 6" branch & the longer branch has a 3 wire, 2 blade connector. I tried using old harness with new icemaker unit & new water pump, but doesn't work.

My refridg has freezer on top, wiring inside the unit with the water line on the outside & no visable condenser coils.
Do I have the correct harness, if so how do I install it correctly?

If your refrigerator made after 1993 then you picked up the wrong ice maker. This ice maker will work with old refrigerators only.

The correct ice maker for your refrigerator is Part number: AP2984633
