have a jenn air refridge and the ice will not freeze the ice to a full cube. it freezes them but only look like the shell of the ice tray, there real thin and some are solid. but most are like hollow shells. never had this problem befor. we moved and never layed the refridge down and was only a couple of hours till it was pluged in again. week latter put a new ice line kit to it and this started doing the ice like that. there is no air in the line eather. please help. any answers i will try. thanks john

A couple of things to check,

Did you flush the new water line kit, before you attached it to the fill valve connection ?

Check the dispenser flapper door, make sure it is closing completely (use a flashlight, and check for light passing through the flapper seal.

Check your freezer temperature, it should be 3 to 5 degress at the top shelf, you could be flash freezing the cubes if it's too cold in that area.
It could be a bad ice maker, but do these checks first.
