Freezer works but refrigerator is not cold

I cannot find any info on this unit. ATR15 comes up as a Whirlpool air conditioner.
Please check it.
If this is a non USA model then I may not be able to get any info on it.

Check that the evaporator fan in the freezer is working. It is required to push cold air into the fresh food section.

Remove the cover from inside the freezer and check the coils.
If they are heavily iced/frosted over you have a defrost problem. This will effect the fresh food side first and later the freezer temperature.

Many units have a baffle between the freezer and the fresh food side, check that it is clear. Some of then have a mechanical thermostat that opens/closes the vent to regulate the fresh food temperature.
