I recently purchased a new home which came with a fridge that is less than desirable. I will live with the fridge for the next couple of years but need a quick fix for the door problem. Some of the door parts are missing and are available for replacement but the issue is cutting the bar to fit the door. What can be used to cut the door bars to fit?

Meme,

A "fine" metal cutting hacksaw blade and some "fine" sandpaper works pretty well. Make the cut as straight as possible and use the sand paper to "clean" up the cut edges of burrs, you should be fine.
