Replaced defrost timer still same issue. Note this fridge has been unplugged for about a year.

You have to do more troubleshooting.

Cold does not tell you much you have to measure the temperature in the freezer. It should be 0 to 5 degrees F. If it is then you at least know it is hitting set point.

Is the compressor cycling on/off?
Is the fan in the freezer running?
Is the condenser/compressor fan running?
