Our Kitchen aid ice maker will make ice fine for a few hours then kick into clean mode on its on and will not kick out. We can turn it off and back on and it will do the same thing . We replaced the Assembly switch but didn't help. Any one know what else we might do?

BA, I take for granted, you did run a complete clean cycle recently. If that's the case, you'll need a control board, Part number: AP3772424
You'd have a bad accumulation circuit in the control board circuitry, and the unit thinks it has filled the required amount of times, and thinks it needs to be cleaned. Good Luck, :) :) :)
