Icemaker was making a clicking sound, Ice was still in the icemaker and it had not dumped, Do you have a wiring diagram and manual?

Sounds like the problem is a bad motor. You may want to replace the whole ice maker instead of messing with the old one because the difference in price between the part and the whole ice maker is less than $5 but repair will be much more reliable.

The new ice maker comes without the head cover and the shut off arm, so you have to use these parts from the old ice maker.
