Ok...So I have an estate side-by-side with ice and water dispenser. The exterior panel of the freezer and the door between the freezer & refrigerator are both warm to the touch. In addition, ice production has slowed down tremendously and water production is very slow and produces warm water in the beginning. Any ideas?

Your compressor is overheating due to a clogged condenser or bad condensing motor.
