All the fans running, no condenser clog. Any frost in the freezer?
If ok, pull freezer back panel and describe frost pattern.

You have serious refrigeration problems.Bad refrigerant leak, bad compressor, or clogged capillary. Hard to tell without looking at it. Repair cost is really high, between $400 and $600 Probably new fridge time, just not worth spending this kind of money.
