The ice maker makes ice, however, it dumps before it is completely frozen which causes frozen chunk in bottom of ice cube bin. This frozen chunk will not allow ice to be dispensed. Is there something that can be adjusted?

I have the same problem only with a whirpool? have you recieved any help on this?
