Ice is making, but not dispensing. Motor don't work.

Did the dispenser make any noise when you depress the ice release?

Did the ice gate open?

Ice is making, but not dispensing. Dispenser makes no noise when ice release is depress. Ice gate don't open.
I bought the Interface disp asm (AP3202258), installed it, but that did not fix the problem. At first water was not dispensing, but after I put the original Interface disp asm back in, water began dispensing.
