Main Question,
1 Is there any thing other than the thermostate involved in controling the heater under the ice cubes so they can be ejected. assuming the heater is GOOD, not open.
2 Could the elect/mecanical box have jumped gear or burned connection.
3 I measured 35.5 AV volts. at the ice maker from control module. I expected 110 ?
4 The unit was clacking trying to push the ice out, looked like it had plenty of power. Dont know how long this was happening up to 3 weeks.
unless the tenants turned it off.
5 I plan on tearing the box apart checking all components. heater, thermastat, rotor switch plate etc.
6 Order parts.

ANOTHER PROBLEM THE ON/OFF BAR ON THE ICE MAKER IS GONE
YOUR PARTS GUY CAN NOT FIND IT. IT IS NOT LISTED ANYPLACE.
I BROUGHT IT TO HIS ATENTION, HE SAID ADD TO FORUM.
