Ice and water dispenser

Model Number: FRS6B5EEQ7 Brand: Frigidaire Age: 1 - 5 years

I am losing power to the dispenser controlls, they are off more than on. I assume it's a loose wire because I can hit the unit and the LED's will go off and on. Just wanted to see if anyone may be familure with this problem before I take the door apart.
