I need a replacement shelf for the freezer side. I ordered it and the trim according to the manual. When it arrived. it would not fit because it was too narrow. I talked to a representative from Appliance Parts Pros who informed me that I have the right parts. However, as I stated previously, it/they are too narrow and the ears on the shelf do not line up with the holes that are in the sides of the freezer that are used to support the shelf. Any suggestions?:( I even tried to get it to fit where the other shelf goes but it doesn't fit there either.
