Our Ice maker is not making ice. The "teeth" seem to be stuck in the down position and I have no idea how to fix this. Is it possible to somehow defrost or remove the teeth part to see if there is an ice buildup that could be stopping the ice from being made. Any advice will help this girl try to figure this out. Thanks!
