My side-by-side refrigerator will not dispense ice & water, however, it continues to make ice. When I press on the lever for ice, the bin opens up but the ice does not come out, I can feel the cold coming out as I press on it. I press on the lever for water and the water does not come out either.

Any suggestions on which part I should replace?
Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

When you press on the pad to ask for water and ice, do you hear a click. I am trying to distinguish if the switch is good. Push on it softly, and listen to it. If you hear the switch, it most likely will be the power board, behind the dispenser. If you ask for ice, and nothing happens, I am leaning toward the board. Tom ApplianceEducator.com

None of the lights are on the panel for the water, ice, crushed, etc. We don't hear a click when we push on the lever, but I know that when I pushed on the lever for ice, the bin opens up because I can feel the cold air coming out.

Thank you so much for helping me in this hard economic time!!!

If the light are not on, I would think the board will be the problem. Part # 241708102. Tom
