I have a GE wine refrigerator ZDWR240P that is about 5 years old. It now won't maintain the desired 55 degree temperature and the unit runs constantly. It gets down to about 60 degrees but never shuts off. The GE repairman changed the electronic control board but this didn't help. Their advice was to buy a new unit because there was nothing else to do.
I noticed the unit developed a pretty large chunk of ice in the unit on the back wall. Yet it still won't cool completely. Does this sound like a condenser issue?
Thank you for your help!!
