Our Kenmore Elite side-by-side fridge/freezer makes ice cubes that become frosty and stick together in clumps within a day. Sears service techs have been called twice and say nothing is wrong This icemaker is in the door and the clumping seems to be worst above the ice dispenser. Within a week, the whole bottom half of the ice bin is a big clump. We use the ice dispenser daily. The techs said the gasket/flap appeared fine and that this was normal!!!
