Brand: Estate/Whirlpool

I had lettuce that was in the fridge, it wasn't frozen when i put it in, i noticed the next day it was frozen so i turned down the temperature from high to normal. A few days after that the freezer stopped freezing and my food was defrosting. So i turned it back up to high and it hasnt made a difference its still not getting the freezer cold enough, and the fridge has started to become warm.

Any, Ideas or Suggestions please, I have brand new food just baught yesterday, trying to keep it from spoiling.

Here is your parts breakdown
Model TT16TKXKQ00

Is the compressor running?
Remove the back cover in the freezer and check the coils.
If they are fully iced over, you have a defrost problem.

Here is a link which may help you troubleshoot this
