Ice dispenser problem
Model Number: JCD2389GES Brand: Jenn-Air Age: 1 - 5 years
The ice dispenser flap broke, I replaced the flap, flap arm and solenoid (complete kit). When I request ice (cubes or crushed) there is a loud humming sound as if the solenoid is delayed in closing the flap, but it does dispense the ice correctly. I replaced the solenoid twice thinking this was the problem, obviously it was not. This was a very easy installation and I followed the directions very closely. Any suggestions?????????
