Refrig stopped working last night. unplugged for several hours, plugged back in and can hear the fans working and every 1-2 minutes I can hear the compressor trying to kick in but it never gets started. I figure it is the capacitor, relay or compressor. I see that there is a Compressor starting device kit. does it contain a relay and a capacitor?
Thoughts??
