Refrigerator & Freezer Repair

My icemaker for my refridgerator will not get any water to it. I have checked for frozen lines and it is clear. Saturday I ordered a valve from you #WCI 218832401. I received it and replaced it and that did not solve the problem. We do get water to the water dispensor in the door but not to the icemaker. Any idea what can be stopping it?

There is a water feeding tube coming into the ice maker from the back panel. Did you check it?
