The unit runs constantly. Freezer temp is -7F, refrigerator freezes the vegetables in the bottom drawer. The overtemp alarm sounds every few hours (I press the button to turn it off)
I've cleaned the condenser coil. There is no frost on the evaporator coil, but the defrost drain pan was full of ice. So I cleaned the ice away and the defrost drain pipe.
For 2 days it would cycle on/off, and things seemed fine. Then the overtemp alarm started going off again, it ran constantly again and ice had formed in the defrost drain pan. Help!
