The model number GLHS66EESB4 for a Refrigerator(Side by Side) has the black cup(not sure if this is the correct name) being broken. This black cup would have the ice cubes being filtered through it to produce crushed ice. May I have the name and part number of this part? I need to get this repaired but unsure of the name of the part. I need to get a technician to help me in my area here in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. If you do not have a technician for this area, please supply me with the part name and number. Thanks!
